Yes. For a one-time fee of $997, we provide a complete “done for you” setup. This includes customizing your messages, handling A2P verification, training your AI agent for your specific business needs, and connecting your social accounts for automated engagement.

Question 3: Do I need technical skills to complete the setup?

Not at all. With basic onboarding, we guide you step-by-step. With the done-for-you setup, you don’t need to lift a finger—we handle everything.

Question 4: How are overage charges calculated?

If you exceed your included credits, additional usage is billed at pay-as-you-go rates. For example, emails are $0.0027 each, voice calls start at $0.056/min, and WhatsApp messages are $0.296 each.

Question 5: Is there a way to avoid unexpected overage charges?

You can set usage limits and receive alerts when approaching your plan’s thresholds. Upgrading to a higher plan also increases your included credits.

Question 6: How will I know if I’ve been charged extra?

Overages appear on your monthly invoice with a detailed breakdown by emails, calls, messages, WhatsApp usage, premium actions, and AI tokens consumed.

Question 7: What if I need additional customization after setup?

We offer ongoing support and can make additional changes or enhancements to your system at any time for a service fee based on your needs.
